  • The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile.

  • Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with UAE laws.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams) for payment.

  • The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as shown on your transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will appear in your card’s currency.

  • We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and be familiar with the website’s policies and terms.

3. User Account Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility.

  • Afra Printechnik Global Trading LLC will not be liable for unauthorized use of your account.

4. Product Orders and Pricing

By placing an order on CutnBind.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping details (including VAT information, if applicable).

  • Pay the listed price for the selected product(s).

  • Acknowledge that all orders are subject to availability and confirmation from our side.

Additional notes:

  • Prices displayed are in AED and subject to UAE VAT at checkout.

  • For international shipments (if applicable), all duties, taxes, or import charges shall be borne by the customer.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All UAE deliveries are managed by the CutnBind delivery team.

  • Delivery time within UAE cities is 2 working days.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number to avoid delays.

  • Currently, we deliver within the UAE only.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10–45 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

7. Discounts & Promotions

Promo codes and discounts:

  • Must be used in accordance with their specific terms.

  • Are valid until their stated expiration date.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

8. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

For products damaged during transit:

Note: Consumables (e.g., laminating films, adhesives, and other similar supplies) are non-returnable, except in cases of shipment damage.

9. Warranty Policy

  • All machines include a warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty duration varies by product and is specified in the product description or invoice.

  • Warranty is back-to-base: customers must deliver the product to our service center for repair or replacement.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Consumables (films, blades, glues, rollers, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

10. Privacy Policy

Afra Printechnik Global Trading LLC values your privacy and ensures that your personal information is handled securely.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties, except when required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping providers).

Our machines are intended for sale, use, and support exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
If a customer chooses to transport or use the machines outside the UAE, Afra Printechnik Global Trading LLC bears no responsibility for any operational, legal, or safety issues arising from such use.

Export/Resale Disclaimer
Customers may resell or export products at their own risk. However, Afra Printechnik Global Trading LLC is not responsible for performance, warranty, support, or compliance with local regulations in other countries.

Claims and Liability Limitation
All warranty claims, service requests, or product disputes must be made within the UAE.
We will not be liable for any claims or damages related to products operated or resold outside the UAE.
