Refund & Return Terms for Print Finishing Machines

Eligibility for Return:

– Machines are eligible for return *only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage* identified upon delivery or during initial setup.  

– Returns must be requested *within 7 days from the date of delivery*.  

– The machine must be unused (except for standard trial runs done by our service team during installation).

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items:

– Machines that have been installed and operated beyond initial testing.  

– Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, or modification.  

– Consumables, accessories, and spare parts once delivered are *non-returnable*.

Refund Policy: 

– If eligible for a return, the refund will be processed after complete inspection of the returned machine.  

– Refunds will be made via the original payment method within *15 working days* from the date of approval.  

– *Shipping, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable.*

Cancellation Policy:

– Order cancellations are accepted *before dispatch only*.  

– Once the machine is shipped or installed, cancellations cannot be processed.

Warranty Support:

– All machines come with a *standard warranty as per the purchase agreement*.  

– In case of any operational issues, customers are encouraged to contact our service team for troubleshooting before considering a return.

Return Process:

– Contact our service/feedback team via email or phone within the allowed return period.  

– Provide invoice copy, delivery date, and reason for return.  

– Return shipments must be securely packed in the original packaging and transported by an approved logistics partner.
